"I can confirm that NSW Engineering (2000) Ltd is carrying out a loft conversion and re-roof at my home. The work commenced on the agreed day and there has been a consistent team of men here every day since. The work has been carried out very professionally and the men are respectful of both my property and myself.
Work has been carried out with as little disruption to my home as possible with access to the loft space through the roof. Where work has necessitated entrance to the house the men have taken steps to protect my property and to clean up afterwards. The team are generally tidy and clear up regularly. The team have always listened to my input and have been responsive to requests for change. Nigel has visited the site regularly and kept me fully informed of progress, and he can always be readily contacted when necessary.
All in all I have been very happy with the progress of the work so far, and I would be happy to discuss this further if required."

"Thanks very much for the wonderful job you and your builders did on the two extensions on our house. All our friends and neighbours have commented very positively on how good the garden room and new bedroom look, and also how well they have been finished.
Like everyone else, once you decide to improve your house, there are several criteria you hope your chosen builder will fulfil;
Both Mandy and I consider that NSW Engineering completed all criteria and more. With three young children thrown into the mix, I was prepared for at least a little stress over the four months it took to finish the work. However, I can honestly say that the whole experience went very smoothly.
A big thank you also to all your workers, they were both jovial and polite, kept us well informed at all stages of the development, had a sense of humour (important for our 3 year old who had plenty of questions for them) and cleared up at the end of each day.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone thinking of extending their house and have already done so to several of our friends.
Good luck, keep up the great work"

Subject: thank you
Hello Nigel
Derek and I wanted to thank you and all your team for the wonderful results in the creation of 'bedroom 3 and the ensuite'.
You promised us at the beginning of the work that you would not let anyone work on our house who you would not be happy to work in your own. You were right, we have thoroughly enjoyed having the lads here, we have thrived on the banter, we have listened to and even taken their advice such as suggestion not to build the architect's design for the shower 'Tardis' in the en suite made so much difference to the end result. As you know, the rooms are now light, airy and spacious.
It is always difficult to single out one person but we probably should, Chris has been so patient, calm, willing and knowledgeable. We are so pleased that he was our 'Clerk of Works'. You chose well for us, but that does not diminish the contribution from the rest of the team whether your direct employees or the sub-contractors. They have, without exception, been efficient and a pleasure to have around.
We had worried before the building work started about it all, whilst admittedly we had a couple of interesting episodes, it has all been so worthwhile. We are thrilled with the changes your company has made to our now 21st century house.
And that leaves you Nigel. You have been of immense help to us and we hope that we have not been too difficult as clients. Your 'site' is now our 'new' home, so thank you.
We are happy for you to send this email to your colleagues or stick it on the noticeboard for the toolbox meeting.
best wishes
Wendy and Derek
