The Company operates an Internal Quality Management System but where required by the Contract will adopt the Client's systems/requirements. - Ensure that Client needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving Client satisfaction.

- Establish the Quality Policy and its objective.
- Conduct Management Reviews of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure the availability of resources. The structure of the Internal Quality Management System is determined by the Quality Assurance Inspection Pro-forma. All personnel understand the requirements of the Quality Policy and abide with the contents of the Quality Assurance Manual.
